AI tools, news & builds — made simple
Honest reviews, plain-language explainers and step-by-step guides for students, freelancers and small businesses.
Our mission
AI is changing how we study, work and run businesses, but a lot of what you read about it is either hype or jargon. Botvana exists to fix that. We test tools ourselves, explain AI news in plain language, share what we build, and write practical guides you can actually use.
What you'll find here
- Tool reviews and tutorials — honest, hands-on tests of AI tools.
- AI news, explained — what happened and why it matters to you.
- Build logs — projects made with AI, including what went wrong.
- Practical guides — AI for students, freelancers and small businesses.
- Free tools — browser-based helpers on our Free AI Tools page (image, text, prompts, YouTube helpers and more).
Right now the blog has 43 published guides. New posts and tools are added regularly.
Editorial & sources policy
- Primary sources first: news and product facts are checked against the official announcement, documentation or help page. We link those sources in the article (look for “Sources and further reading”).
- Dates matter: AI tools change fast, so we update older posts when prices, features or rules change.
- Plain answers: each guide answers the main question early, then goes deeper, with an FAQ at the end where it helps.
- No fabricated claims: we do not invent awards, rankings or stats. If we do not know something, we say so.
- Corrections: spotted a mistake or an outdated detail? Tell us on the Contact page and we will check it and fix the post.
